Ayoub seeks the leadership potential within individuals and invites them to bring it forward. He creates development programs for individuals, teams, and organizations; advises managers on strategy and leadership; and helps boards build effective structures and processes.
Working at the organizational and individual level, Ayoub creates leadership programs and coaches clients within those programs. His curricula focus on self-knowledge, self-mastery, interpersonal dynamics, and critical thinking. In addition, he draws on various problem-solving and design-thinking techniques to design and facilitate top-team conversations around strategy and organization. He serves clients in the GCC, France, the US, and South Asia, including physicians, educators, foundation directors, and entrepreneurs.
Ayoub is a former management consultant advising clients on strategy and organization, leading economic development and real-estate projects, and conducting economic research.
His qualifications include a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a joint Master’s degree in Energy Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and the French Petroleum Institute, and an Engineering degree in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics from the Ecole Polytechnique in France. He speaks Arabic, English, and French.
Ayoub lives in Beirut where he and his family enjoy hosting friends and visitors from around the world.
