She trained with top tier management consulting firms including Bain and Company, and boutique firms including A.T. Kearney, in addition to leading her own consulting and executive coaching practices. Sheila also brings entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder, facilitates a CEO Peer Advisory Group, and has served in leadership roles on several non-profit Boards of Directors.
Sheila has facilitated change in a wide variety of companies and industries including healthcare, financial services, consumer products, technology, oil and gas and manufacturing. She has advised executives in Fortune 500 companies, national non-profits, and small to mid-size businesses on many aspects of their business including leadership effectiveness, strategy, operations, and change management.

Sheila has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Logistics and Operations from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Sheila is also certified with The Leadership Circle and Adjunct Faculty with The Center for Creative Leadership.
